1. General Participation
- Participation is voluntary and devotional
- Valid entry/confirmation required for all programs
- Memberships & registrations are non-transferable
- Sathyodhayam may reschedule, modify, or cancel programs without prior notice
- Participation implies acceptance of these terms
2. Donations & Refunds
- All donations are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable (except where program rules apply)
- Contributions are considered voluntary offerings (seva/daan)
- Sathyodhayam reserves the right to utilize funds for spiritual, charitable, or welfare activities as required
- Donation receipts will be issued for acknowledgment only
- As per Indian Income Tax laws, 80G tax exemption is not available
3. Program Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 50% refund if cancelled ≥ 5 days before the program start date
- No refund if cancelled within 5 days of the program start date
- If Sathyodhayam cancels the program, the paid amount may be utilised for the next same class
- No spot booking allowed — bookings close 5 days before program start date
4. Transfers & Upgrades
- Registration cannot be transferred to another person
- Upgrades/changes to another program are not permitted unless specifically allowed by Sathyodhayam
5. Communication & Data Use
- By enrolling/donating, you consent to receive official communication
- Photos, videos, or media from programs may be used for devotional or awareness purposes
- Data usage will follow the Privacy Policy
6. Conduct & Responsibilities
- Doors close at session start; late entry discouraged
- Participants must disclose health conditions in advance
- Sathyodhayam is not liable for personal belongings, injuries, or health issues during participation
- All claims for damages or compensation are waived by the participant
7. Legal Disclaimer & Indemnity
- Participation is at your own risk — activities are spiritual and voluntary
- Sathyodhayam and its representatives are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- By donating or participating, you agree to indemnify Sathyodhayam against any claims, disputes, or liabilities
8. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will be settled under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996
- Jurisdiction: Erode District Civil Courts, Tamil Nadu
9. Force Majeure
- No liability for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or unforeseen events
- Alternative dates may be provided where possible
10. Modifications
- Terms & Conditions may change without prior notice
- Updated version will be posted/shared
Final Declaration
"I have read and understood the Terms & Conditions. I acknowledge that all donations are voluntary, non-refundable,
and non-transferable (except under program cancellation rules). I have read the Privacy Policy and consent to
receive updates about upcoming events and activities. My participation/seva is voluntary and devotional.
