1. General Participation

  • Participants must be in good physical & mental health
  • Memberships & bookings are non-transferable
  • Valid entry pass is required for all program days
  • Sathyodhayam may modify programs or criteria without prior notice
  • Participation implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions


2. Communication & Data Use

  • By enrolling, you consent to receive text, voice, image, or video messages
  • Personal data is handled as per our Privacy Policy
  • Data may be used for official or promotional purposes within legal bounds


3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • 50% refund if cancelled ≥ 5 days before the program start date
  • No refund if cancelled within 5 days of the program start date
  • If Sathyodhayam cancels the program, you may utilise the paid amount for the next same class
  • Refunds processed within 30 days via NEFT or the original payment method
  • No spot booking allowed — bookings close 5 days before the program start date


4. Transfers & Upgrades

  • Registration cannot be transferred to another person


5. Conduct & Responsibilities

  • Doors lock at session start; late entry discouraged
  • We are not liable for loss of belongings
  • No refund if you leave early or miss the program
  • Health concerns must be disclosed in writing before participation
  • All claims for injury or damage are waived


6. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes resolved via Arbitration (Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996)
  • Arbitration at Erode, in English/Tamil
  • Legal matters under Erode District Civil Courts only


7. Force Majeure

  • No liability for delays due to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.
  • Alternate dates will be offered where possible


8. Modifications

  • Terms & Conditions may change without prior notice
  • Updates will be communicated or posted on our website


Declaration

I declare the information I have provided is true and correct. I have read and accept all Terms & Conditions. Any misrepresentation or breach will result in action as per Sathyodhayam’s policies.
