Srijivan Stay Policy

At Srijivan, every stay is sacred — a divine opportunity to experience peace, devotion, and transformation within the spiritual energy field established by Master Sri Ji’s vision. To maintain harmony, fairness, and sanctity for all guests, the following Stay & Refund Policy applies.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed only after full payment.
  • Each booking is non-transferable and valid only for the registered guest(s).
  • Confirmation details will be shared through official Srijivan communication channels (call, WhatsApp, or email).

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM
  • Check-out: 2:00 PM
  • Every stay includes three sattvic meals per day – breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval.

3. Booking Modification & Cancellation

  • Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be modified.
  • Guests wishing to change dates must cancel and rebook as a new booking.
  • Refunds will be processed within 4–5 weeks after cancellation approval.

4. Guest Cancellation & Refund Policy

Note: Cancellations are accepted only through official Srijivan channels (registered email or phone).

5. Cancellation by Srijivan

If a booking is cancelled by Srijivan due to internal reasons such as maintenance, renovation, or program scheduling:

  • Guests may reschedule their stay to a future available date.
  • No refunds will be provided in such cases.

6. Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or any circumstances beyond Srijivan’s control:

  • Srijivan shall not be held liable for refunds, damages, or compensation.
  • When conditions permit, guests may be offered alternate stay dates at the discretion of the management.

This ensures clarity, fairness, and legal protection for both the guests and Srijivan.

7. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be made only to the original mode of payment.
  • Refunds are processed within 4–5 weeks from the date of approval.

8. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Early departure or shortened stay.
  • No-show without prior intimation.
  • Unused inclusions such as meals, facilities, or activities.

9. Code of Stay

  • Guests must maintain silence, cleanliness, and spiritual discipline during their stay.
  • Smoking, alcohol, or intoxicants are strictly prohibited.
  • Management reserves the right to cancel a stay without refund for misconduct or violation of stay guidelines.

10. Agreement

By confirming your stay, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Srijivan Stay & Refund Policy and commit to uphold the sanctity of this divine space established under the guidance of Master Sri Ji.

11. Guest Identification & Relationship Policy

  • All guests must provide valid government ID proof at the time of check-in.
  • For group bookings, villa stays, or dormitory accommodations, each member must submit individual ID proof along with a clear mention of their relationship (family, friend, colleague, etc.).
  • In the case of couples or mixed-gender groups, management may request supporting proof of relationship to ensure compliance with Srijivan’s spiritual and ethical standards.
  • If any false information or misrepresentation is found regarding identity or relationship, the booking will be immediately cancelled without refund, and guests will be required to vacate the premises.

12. Property Care & Guest Responsibility

  • Guests must maintain cleanliness and care within rooms and premises.
  • Any damage, breakage, or loss caused by guests will be chargeable and must be settled before check-out.
  • If excessive uncleanliness or misuse is found, extra cleaning charges will be collected.
  • Srijivan is not responsible for any personal belongings, valuables, or liabilities of guests during their stay.

This ensures that all devotees maintain the purity, discipline, and harmony of this sacred environment.
